The 2011 Tea Party date is set!
We are happy to say that the 2011 "All for Nana" Charity Tea Party has been rescheduled for August 13, 2011. Invitations are in the mail. This year's lunch will include chicken and rice casserole, Olive Garden salad and breadsticks, and a selection of pies from Uncle Sam's BBQ. In order for us to ensure we have adequate food, please r.s.v.p. by Friday, August 5th. Entertainment will once again be provided by the Valley Creek praise band. As usual, the tea party event will end with a wonderful assortment of door prizes provided by various local businesses. We are very lucky to have such amazing support from our local business community! In addition, we have a rafting trip on the Ocoee River, a days striped bass guide service on beautiful Smith Lake, and 18 holes of golf at the Sandestin Resort to give away as well! Please be sure to review the contributor list and provide these businesses with the same support they provide us. We look forward to seeing everyone on August 13th!

I hate to do this but due to the horrific tornados that have swept through our area we are postponing the tea party until a later date. We will send out new invitations to everyone...We have several AWESOME door prized that we can't wait to give away. Please pray for all the torando victims and Jamie Cagle. Jamie just received news her cancer is back in several areas and she is getting ready to head to M.D. Anderson for treatment.

2010 Tea Party Informtion
We are very excited about this year's event. We have so much planned and even more in store than in previous years. We have a speaker lined up to speak on womens' health, a praise band playing, lots of door prizes, and some BIG door prizes too. Your choice of spaghetti and meatballs or fettuccine alfredo will be the main course for lunch, along with Olive Garden salad and breadsticks...doesn't that sound yummy?? Tennessee T-cakes is once again providing the wonderful t-cakes for dessert. The event is scheduled for Saturday, May 15th from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm at Valley Creek Baptist Church. We are once again requesting a minimum donation of $25, made payable to the American Cancer Society, with all proceeds going directly to the local MidSouth division. We look forward to seeing you at the tea party and, as always, we appreciate your support for such a wonderful cause.

2009 Tea Party
Thanks to everyone who attended and/or donated to the 2009 "All for Nana" Charity Tea Party. This year was another huge success with $1816 raised for cancer research and $1560 raised in donations for food and door prizes. We appreciate all of you who shared part of your Saturday with us in celebration of our Nana, Carol McLaughlin. It was nice to visit with everyone and, especially, to reminisce and share stories about her life. We truly hope to see everyone again next year!
